Due to various reasons, I was in deep financial trouble. To get out of some debts, I have tried out payday loans, but without making the solution to my problem, it (payday loan) increases my problem and now I am having multiple payday loans. I am no longer being able to pay off this high interest loans and I also can't be able to make payments to my mortgage & car loans. I want to stop making these check payments and offer to make more affordable payment arrangements. I want to know will I be in any legal difficulty?
Please help me out.
