Hello. My name is Clay. I am one of the moderators of www.debtconsolidationcare.com, www.cashadvancecare.com and www.ampmcash.com. These sites are all related, and the goal of all three is to educate consumers and help them understand their rights and responsibilities under their various State andFederal laws, and how to use these laws to protect themselves against the unscrupulous actions of lenders, creditors and collectors.
Did you come here intending to apply for a payday loan thinking it would be the answer to your current financial difficulties? A payday loan is not the answer to your problems, it is the cause of more problems. You won't find a payday loan company here, but what you will find is help, knowledge and experience in breaking the payday loan cycles, and a careing community that seeks to help others avoid mistakes we have made.
As a community we advocate people taking responsibility for and paying their legally incurred debts. We do not advocate nor endorse using laws and governmental regulation to avoid repaying your debts (unless the terms of the debt exceed what is allowable under the laws). For example, if you take a payday loan, you are legally and morally obligated to repay what you borrowed, and what ever interest and fees which are allowed under your states laws. However, many Internet lenders charge interest or fees far in excess of what is allowed under many states laws. We advocate informing consumer of these laws and using them to stop the payday loan cycle, get loans marked as paid and in some cases even getting refunds for over payment as allowed by state laws.
Debt Consolidation Care is a thriving and active community where members care for each other and help each other by sharing their experiences and knowledge. We have members and participants from all walks of life including current and former debt collectors, and other "insiders" who want to help others regain control of their financial affairs. We hope to develop a similar dynamic at both www.ampmcash.com as well as www.cashadvancecare.com
